I opened my first shed store about 25 years ago. Paying $220. a month for a storage unit was a losing deal for me. Looking around i found some buildings that were being built locally and that was the beginning of a long time in the business.

We have a wide variety of buildings and offer cash sales or rent to own or 90 days same as cash. The downpayment for a building is small and most of the time simply one payment . We also have no credit check.
